We are located in Douglasdale (moved to the Pick & Pay Centre), Johannesburg and have an on-line store from which we supply to our customers around South Africa using courier services. We are very well known for great value and reasonable prices. The first range is BANTING meals which our customers rave about. The second is free range chicken meals which also come in GLUTEN FREE. We make up great gift hampers and meeting snack platters. We offer repacking into small snack packs for events. We are happy to supply wholesale and to the private individual. We have mouth-watering biltong that customers come back for time and time again. Our biltong bar has a full range of biltong, dry wors and cabanossi. Shipping Fees The shipping or delivery charges will be calculated based on the following criteria:- Delivery Areas and Restrictions The delivery service is available in restricted areas as offered on our Website. From time to time, and with no prior warning, we will update the delivery coverage areas. Whilst we endeavour to expand our coverage, we reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, including areas previously covered by our service. Excessive distance between the vehicle offload point and the final customer handover point, including any unreasonable requirement or expectation to climb stairs or negotiate other physical obstacles; Repeat and/or excessive short supply or damage claims for which responsibility or liability cannot be determined. We cannot accept responsibility for the provision of an incorrect delivery address. We will deliver to the address provided at point of order submission. This delivery address is clearly displayed on the online shopping. Refund If you are not completely happy with the quality of your perishable goods purchase you may return your purchase to Nutsaboutyou for a full refund, provided it is within the products expiry date and in the original packaging. Perishable items cannot be returned due to the fact that a customer had a change of mind in respect of the particular purchased item, this is due to public and food safety regulations. Return requirements On the request and at the cost of the Customer, the Company may, in its sole discretion, accept the return of Goods which are not damaged or subject to any claim by a third party Your request for return must be made by calling Nutsaboutyou and advising of the reasons for the requested return within 48 hours after receiving the delivery. You will be required to provide all the relevant details such as date of purchase, invoice number and reason for return request. Nutsaboutyou has the sole discretion in accepting the request to return goods c. Time to make your return Once the return is agreed Customers have 14 days to return product to Nutsaboutyou. d. The expected condition of returns to Nutsaboutyou The product for return is to be returned in the same condition that it was received. All products must be free from moisture, must not be soiled or exposed to excessive heat e. Fees associated with returns Nutsaboutyou has a retail store in Douglasdale Johannesburg. We are here to receive your return and stand by our product quality. Any delivery fee will not be refunded and the cost for the return with our courier partner will be for your own account.
